This zinc die-cast connector uses a clamp arrangement to retain cable at an enclosure entry. Designed for BX and MC cable.

Selection depends on the cable construction and allowable clamping range, as well as the enclosure opening.

This product retains cable at an enclosure entry, whereas the liquid-tight straight conduit connector terminates a compatible flexible conduit system. These are different selection tasks: cable retention depends on cable construction and clamping range, while conduit termination depends on the conduit and connector interface. The zinc die-cast body alone does not identify the permitted cable type.
