Reinforcing ribs along the body provide additional structural strength and help maintain the connector’s rigidity during installation. High-quality tooling, combined with experienced mold technicians and controlled die-casting processes, helps minimize porosity and maintain consistent, even wall thickness throughout the connector body.

The use of brand-new zinc material also provides excellent toughness and ductility. Under heavy impact, the connector is designed to deform rather than crack or fracture—even when struck directly with a hammer.
